The next meeting of the Leicester Business Advisors Club takes place on Wednesday 13th June 2007.

Employees and intellectual property rights alike are amongst the most valuable assets in any business. Like any asset, they need to be both exploited and protected to release that value.

What can our clients do, for example, when faced with an ex senior employee trying to poach customers or copy their products? What damage could this do to our clients’ businesses? Failure to take positive and prompt action could affect the value of their investment.

Our presenters John Simon, Partner and Head of Employment, and Pina Mazzotti, solicitor specialising in intellectual property, will give us pointers on how our clients can and should protect their most valuable assets.

The seminar will be held at The Rose Rooms, Belmont House Hotel, De Montfort Street, Leicester. It will start at 7.45am with registration and breakfast, formal presentations at 8.15am and close with a Q&A session by 9.30am.
