The next N2K Seminar (Need to Know) Seminar takes place on Thursday 21st February 2008 and will look at MBO Equity Considerations.
This series of quarterly breakfast seminars is designed to give those involved in corporate finance ongoing training on the legal side of corporate finance transactions.
The presentations will be based around a case study and will give an overview of the legal structure of a management buyout, with a focus on equity considerations. It will highlight issues relating to articles of association, shareholder agreements and loan note documentation as well as external investor considerations.
We have called this series of talks "Need to Know" seminars as they are aimed to provide an overview of the legal process – looking at some of the more common technical issues and documents – but without being “overkill” in terms of detail.
The seminar will be held on Thursday 21st February 2008 at the Burlington Hotel, 126 New Street, Birmingham, B2 4JQ. It will start at 8am with registration and breakfast, followed by the presentations and concluding with a Q&A session by 9.45am.
We hope that it will prove to be a useful addition to your ongoing professional development and the talks will count towards CPD points for professionals. Feedback on previous N2K seminars has been that both young bucks and silver foxes alike have found them both useful and engaging.
Please note, there is no charge for attending.
