At Harvey Ingram, we have an established Leasing Finance and Consumer Credit Team that advises on all aspects of business and consumer leasing including:

• Advising on the enforcement of leasing/consumer credit agreements following default

Our Leasing Finance and Consumer Credit team can also provide advice and assistance in relation to the changes to consumer credit agreements brought about by the Consumer Credit Act 2006.
