Helpline
We provide a helpline which you can access between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday and which you can use as often as you need. Use this for all your employment queries – not just those of a strictly legal nature.
Use is unlimited so long as each call or email lasts no more than 10-15 minutes. Use this service to check before you take any action, or for advice on any other HR issue.
Use it to check on (for instance):
- maternity rates and eligibility
- a reference request form
- advice on how to deal with a medical review
- conducting a disciplinary hearing
- return to work interviews
- holiday entitlements
Use the helpline to obtain a template letter, or guidance on a specific development.
If you take insurance as part of the package you must seek and follow helpline advice before taking any action.
