Professional Support
As part of your package you may also have pre booked professional support time. Put simply this means that you have already paid for a level of professional legal advice for use when required.
This may be for support in dealing with an employment tribunal, dealing with a difficult matter with a senior manager that might need a legal compromise, or having support on site for dealing with a dismissal.
We are flexible as to the use you make of this support. If our HR consultant provides better use of this time please feel free to use his services, or for a training session for all staff, or for a review of a specific matter of employment. The choice is yours.
You can add further days support into your fixed fee package.
