The next Business Advisors Club breakfast seminar takes place on Tuesday 10th November 2009.
Corporate partner Roy Botterill and Dispute Resolution partner Barry Jervis will discuss the issues commonly faced by company shareholders and how to deal with those issues. They will talk about the rights of shareholders and the actions that they can pursue whilst at the same time offering guidance on how these issues can be dealt with and hopefully avoided in the future.
This seminar will be held at the Rose Rooms, Belmont Hotel, De Montfort Street, Leicester LE1 7GR. It will start with registration and breakfast at 7.45am and we shall aim to conclude with a question and answer session by 9.30am.
