Following the recent crisis in the world's financial markets, many businesses are starting to feel the pinch. There may be a need to cut costs which could include permanently or temporarily reducing head count. We will be looking at a range of possible actions you can take including, for example, flexible working and amending terms and conditions of employment, as well as discussing the dreaded 'R' word, all in order to limit the impact of the current squeeze.

Our presenters are Johanne Cosgrove and John Palmer, who will give informative and interactive presentations on the subject of managing recession.

The seminar will be held on Tuesday 4th November 2008 at the Keith Weller Lounge, Walkers Stadium, Filbert Way, Leicester. It will begin with registration and breakfast at 7.45am, followed by the presentations and concluding with a question and answer session at 9.30am.
