Poor performance is a common issue faced by businesses every day. It has a huge impact on work place morale as well as having a financial impact on profitability.
At our next employment seminar, we will look at how to effectively manage the poor performer. The speakers are employment specialists and Harvey Ingram partners, John Simon and Kimbra Welch who will provide an insight into the legal background and provide practical assistance and anecdotes. They will also be looking at the commercial implications for employers as a result of the recent introduction of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
The seminar will take place on the 9 November 2011 at the Keith Weller Lounge, King Power Stadium, Filbert Way, Leicester. It will begin with registration and breakfast at 7.45am, followed by the presentations and concluding with a question and answer session.
