The Three Rs

At our next employment law seminar, we are going to explore the three Rs - redundancy, restructuring and reviewing terms and conditions.

• Redundancy - it is an issue that many of you are still dealing with. We will look at some typical redundancy scenarios, ranging from the singleton job through to small groups, associated issues such as employees on maternity leave and re-deployment opportunities.
• Restructuring - changing the way in which work is done is becoming increasingly important. An overview of organisational restructuring and some of the imaginative ways in which work can be done in different ways, including annualised hours and flexible working.
• Reviewing and rationalising terms and conditions of employment to ensure they continue to match business needs. How employers can review and alter terms and conditions of employment to make them fit your changing business needs.

The seminar will take place on the 16 June in Milton Keynes and 23 June in Bedford. It will begin with registration and a light lunch at 12.15pm, followed by the presentations and concluding with a question and answer session. Please indicate below which seminar you wish to attend.
