We are delighted to announce the launch of our highly acclaimed "Need to Know" or âN2Kâ breakfast seminars in Milton Keynes. Presented using an engaging case study, our aim is to offer those involved in corporate finance transactions a key insight into some of the legal and technical issues faced by clients, funders and advisors on deals - all delivered in plain English.
Our first seminar will explore the most common corporate finance transaction in the region - selling the business. It is, of course, the most important transaction for any business owner. We shall take a fresh look at how the legals of selling businesses are developing in the age of austerity and provide an update on the recent developments in the law â sale and purchase documentation, contracts and employment considerations.
Having been highly successful for a number of years elsewhere in the Midlands, as the name suggests N2K tells you what, in practice, you "need to know" - without tonnes of statute. It has something to offer to both young bucks and silver foxes alike. As well as the opportunity to network with like minded professionals, CPD points are also available for this seminar.
The seminar takes place at the Doubletree Hotel at Stadium MK on 23rd November 2011. It will start at 8am over a networking breakfast and conclude by 9.45am, to avoid interrupting much of your working day.
We do hope you can attend and the invitation is of course extended to your colleagues. However, places are limited so please book early to secure your place. There is no cost for this seminar.
