N2K Seminar: Credit Crunch Special - Surviving the recession - A Case Study |
| Venue: |
Opus Restaurant, 54 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DE |
| Date: |
4 March 2009: 08:00 - 09:45 |
This series of quarterly seminars is designed to give those involved in corporate finance an insight into the legal side of corporate finance transactions. It aims to give a better understanding of the legal process, the technical issues and the documentation involved in some of the more common transactions – but without being “overkill” in terms of detail. They will be held over a networking breakfast so as not to interrupt your working day.
At this N2K seminar, we will focus on ideas for businesses to help survive the credit crunch and look at some of the more common issues encountered by clients. Once again, the presentation will be based around a topical (but fictional) case study and that will be used to illustrate the issues.
The seminar will be held on Wednesday 4 March 2009. Please note that this seminar is being held at, a new venue, Opus Restaurant, 54 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DE. It will start at 8.00am with registration and breakfast, followed by the presentations at 8.25am and concluding with a Q&A session by 9.45am.
This invitation is, of course, extended to any of your colleagues who may be interested. We hope that it will prove to be a useful addition to your ongoing professional development and the talks will count towards CPD points for professionals.
Please note, there is no charge for attending.
