Now is a better time than any to take stock of your business and look at preserving its future. At our breakfast seminar on 3rd March, we will be covering the kind of decisions presently being faced by businesses of all sizes in almost every sector. The seminar will be chaired by Sean Moran, and our speakers will be Emma Anderson, Kimbra Welch and Linda Strelzyn.

Emma will look at recoveries focusing on quick and practical steps that can be taken to protect and maintain your business and maximise collections through the use of terms and conditions, credit control, relationships with creditors/suppliers and general commercial issues in the current climate.

Kimbra will explore making cutbacks in the workforce, concentrating on minimising risks when making redundancies, selection for redundancy and the pitfalls for employers to watch out for when reducing staff costs.

Linda will highlight property issues, including the various remedies available for dealing with either a commercial/residential defaulting tenant, protecting against the insolvent tenant and property management strategies to maximise rent collection.

The seminar will be held on 3rd March 2009 at the Lineker Suite, Walkers Stadium, Filbert Way, Leicester. It will begin with registration and breakfast at 7.45am, followed by the presentations and concluding with a Q&A session. The seminar will close at 9.30am.
