Through acting on transactions with US corporates both as the other party and as our own client, we are familiar with their compliance requirements and with the approaches taken in transactions.
We have long standing relationships with several firms of attorneys in the major cities in the USA including New York, Chicago and Philadelphia and have recently been involved in several major transactions on behalf of US based clients including Standard Motor Products, Bright Horizons Family Solutions, National Cash Registers and others.
We are members of the British American Business Council. John Stobart is an Associate Member of the American Bar Association and has experience of working in the US as an in-house lawyer.
We are happy to work in a collaborative approach with US Counsel and In-house Counsel in respect of the matters we deal with. We are happy to be involved either to a greater or lesser extent, depending on your requirements for external English legal advice.
