Our International Strategy

Release Date: 13/02/2008

As we find ourselves increasingly operating in a global market, we are constantly developing ways of supporting our client’s international trade requirements, and we have actively sought associations with intermediaries and other professional service firms overseas. We now have good working relationships with a number of professional firms outside the UK, and are a member of Eurojuris which is a leading network of law firms in Europe. Click here to visit the Eurojuris website.

We will shortly be announcing more precise details of our overseas network in South East Asia.

We believe that through developing associations with likeminded firms, we can offer you greater peace of mind that you will get the quality and type of service individuals and businesses deserve. We have relationships with the people you will be dealing with and we have taken the time to ensure that we can work together to provide a seamless service.

Inward investment
We can help businesses wanting to set up in the UK. There are many issues to consider such as choosing the right legal structure for your business, choosing the right name, rules relating to selling goods and services, supplier contracts, buying or renting premises, employment issues, protecting your intellectual property, immigration law advice and much more.

International trade
We can help businesses wanting to trade overseas by linking up with advisors in our network of associated intermediaries and other professional service firms. Again there are many issues to consider such as supply, distribution and agency agreements, internet and e-commerce and anti-trust and competition law.
