Harvey Ingram LLP has a specialist Licensing unit which has been representing clients of the firm dealing with their liquor Licensing needs for over 25 years. Throughout this period the unit and in particular the unit head Frank Whale has been recommended as an expert in this field and also included within the Legal 500.

The unit was engaged heavily in applications under the Licensing Act 2003 including conducting over 700 applications on behalf of clients for conversion and variation of Premises Licences and Personal Licences. The unit is now actively engaged on all forms of applications under the Licensing Act 2003.
