If you have completed Stages 1 and 2 and the tenant still refuses to leave the property, our specialist team of tenant eviction lawyers will issue a Warrant of Possession which will be executed by the County Court Bailiff.
Following receipt of your payment, we will issue a Warrant of Possession and inform you of the date of eviction, for which you should be present.

You also need to arrange for a locksmith to be present at the eviction.
