Vision Express
- Type of work – acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and ancillary Landlord and Tenant advice.
- Size of portfolio – over 220 properties.
- Recent highlights – We worked closely with a number of other teams within the firm on their acquisition of Bateman’s opticians in May 2008 and their other high profile acquisitions including properties at The Bullring and The Fort Retail Park in Birmingham, Westfield Derby and London, Grand Arcade Cambridge and many other high street locations.
Shoe Zone Group
- Type of work – acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and ancillary Landlord and Tenant advice.
- Size of portfolio – over 800 properties.
- Recent highlights – we service the Group’s property legal needs for their entire portfolio. We also worked closely with a number of other teams within the firm on their acquisition of Shoefayre in September 2007 and their acquisition of Stead & Simpson in January 2008.
Domino's Pizza Group
- Type of work – acquisitions, underleases for franchisees and ancillary advice.
- Size of portfolio – over 500 properties.
- Recent highlights – we have received instructions for over 100 acquisitions including both new build and existing properties ranging geographically from Barrow-in-Furness to Southampton.
