Our business philosophy centres around the importance of working in partnership with our clients. Our aim is to become an integrated part of the client’s team. This can be demonstrated by the added value we provide in getting involved in our client's business through site visits, team days and joint charity events. To achieve this, we believe that there are a number of important features of client service including:

• Developing a thorough knowledge of the client’s organisation by investing time to really get to grips with how the business operates. This enables us to add value to the service we provide. We do this through operating a number of “Getting to know you” sessions in which Harvey Ingram team members are involved.
• Ensuring that there exists effective communication. It is imperative that clients receive clear advice in a concise and timely manner. We offer practical and pragmatic solutions.
• Being accessible to our clients. We ensure our partners and key lawyers are accessible outside core hours when the business requires.
