At Harvey Ingram, our retail business philosophy centres around the importance of working in partnership with retailers and becoming an integratral part of their team.
This can be demonstrated by the added value we provide in site visits, team days and joint charity events. To achieve this, we believe that there are a number of important features of client service including:
- Developing a thorough knowledge of the retail organisation by investing time to really get to grips with how the business operates. This enables us to add value to the service we provide. We do this through operating a number of “Getting to know you” sessions in which Harvey Ingram team members are involved.
- Ensuring effective communication at all times. It is imperative that retailers receive clear advice in a concise and timely manner. We offer practical and pragmatic solutions.
- Being accessible. We ensure our partners and key lawyers are accessible outside core hours when the business requires.
