Our team understands the issues faced by retailers, owners and investors in retail property.
We act for a large number of well known high street brands and with over 25 years experience specialising in this type of work, we bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of retail landlord and tenant work.
We deal with large portfolios and specialise in handling high volumes of leasehold transactions, so we have systems and procedures in place to process large numbers of landlord and tenant matters.
The team is closely supported by our Property Litigation team, which is made up of Partner, Chris Saul, and Legal Executives Linda Strelzyn and Richard Clewlow.
