Recent work includes:

Successfully implementing a Gas Servicing System to allow clients to perform their statutory duties while avoiding possession proceedings where possible.

Assisting a client to deal with anti-social behaviour that was seriously affecting the health of a number of elderly people within the community. Consideration of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, preparation of an Acceptable Behaviour Contract and liaising with the Local Authority, the RSPCA and other statutory bodies resulted in our client obtaining an outright possession order.

Much of the advice and assistance we are currently providing for our clients involves dealing with various public authorities to resolve anti-social behaviour.
