Our team of planning lawyers is headed by Partner Paul Hunt, a former in-house barrister in local government with a keen understanding of the particular issues faced by the public sector. He regularly acts for local planning authorities (and provide legal support to in-house teams) in relation to planning disputes, appeals, inquiries, compulsory purchase orders as well as preparing Section 106 and other development agreements.
