Partner Roy Botterill leads a team of corporate lawyers with 20 years experience of advising public bodies and public private partnerships on corporate matters.

We can help with all corporate governance issues that arise in relation to conflicts of interest and directors duties, particularly bearing in mind the obligations of the new 2006 Companies Act.
