Public Private Partnerships
We have set up many different public private partnerships; advising the public sector in relation to contractual rights and obligations, including dealing with the challenging issues that used to exist in relation to the questions of local authority influence and control.
We understand the political and commercial issues involved and in particular the impact on directors who in some cases may treat themselves as representatives of the local authority rather than as individually responsible for what they do.
