Eastcotts FC Youth Team sponsorship deal renewed
Release date: 01/06/2011
Bedford-based Eastcotts FC has renewed its four-figure youth team sponsorship deal with Harvey Ingram Borneos.
The club was formed in April 2005, with a squad of just 14 players, to help provide structured competitive sport for youngsters in and around Bedford. But since its launch, the nucleus of footballers has now expanded to create 12 successful youth teams with more than 150 young players aged between seven and 16. A girls' team is also in the pipeline.
"Eastcotts FC's growth, development and success both on and off the pitch, has been superb during the past five seasons and we are delighted to be able to support such an outstanding cause. The decision to renew our sponsorship deal was an easy one for us, because the club's performance really says it all. We're looking forward to see the teams continue to go from strength-to-strength."
Eastcotts' secretary Chris Nelson said: "Harvey Ingram Borneos' two-year commitment will, among other things, help ensure our Youth Team makes a timely renewal of its strip. We have another busy season ahead of us and are looking forward to further successes on and off the pitch."
Eastcotts FC is an award-winning, FA-affiliated Charter Standard Club. It competes in the Bedfordshire County Leagues. In addition to its youth teams, it also now has an adult squad. The club is open to all. For more details about joining, simply visit Eastcotts' website at www.eastcottsfc.org.uk
