Employment law seminar prompts record turnout
Release date: 14/10/2009
A Harvey Ingram employment law seminar at Leicester Tiger's new Legends' Suite prompted a record turnout of more than 200 delegates.
The firm's hugely popular interactive, hour-long presentations are now a regular and well-established fixture in most regional HR professionals' calendars.
The latest event tackled absenteeism and sickness in the workplace, the impact of new legal developments and a host of key case studies. It was chaired by John Simon, with presentations from John Palmer and Natalie Thomson. They were joined by guest speakers Gail Cotton and Teresa Harrison, from occupational health provider Forge Health.
John Simon, partner and head of the firm's Employment Law Group, said: "We were all delighted with the exceptional turnout of more than 200 delegates. Clearly the seminars' value cannot be understated given the rising demand for advice we are continuing to see."
More employment law seminars are now in the pipeline. For details visit the events section of our website.
