Growth reflected by new partner appointments

Harvey Ingram's rapid growth continues with three timely partner appointments to further expand its management team.

Top-performing property litigation specialist Pamela Shepherd, has joined the firm as a partner to head Harvey Ingram's entire property litigation offering. She has nearly 20 years' experience, including nearly 12 years heading DLA Piper's property litigation team in Birmingham.

At the same time, retail property specialist Caroline Smith and employment lawyer Kimbra Welch, were promoted from associate to partner reflecting the firm's on-going expansion in a number of key areas.

Caroline has been with Harvey Ingram for nearly 10 years having joined as a trainee. She has specialised in retail landlord and tenant work since 2005. Her key clients include Domino's Pizza, Timpson and Vision Express. Caroline - nee Sutcliffe - is Leicester born and bred. She was educated in the city at Glenhills Primary School, Montrose School, Sir Jonathan North College and Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth I College.

Kimbra has been with the firm for five years. She is a very experienced tribunal advocate and employment adviser having worked with numerous well known regional and national clients. Kimbra has also recently been appointed a fee-paid Employment Judge at London Central Employment Tribunal and is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association.

The latest wave of promotions come as Harvey Ingram cements its status as the region's fastest growing law firm. It follows a recent merger with Borneos, to create a five-site legal powerhouse with a national client base served by 51 partners and more than 400 staff.
