Co-sponsors of the Business and Politics forum

Harvey Ingram and Vantis are the joint sponsors of IoD East Midlands' inaugural Business and Politics forum.

The interactive and entertaining event takes the form of a panel discussion along the lines of hit TV debates Question Time and Have I Got News For you.

Panellists include Leicester City Council leader Ross Willmott, Samworth Brothers' chief executive Brian Stein and Leicester Mercury business editor Ian Griffin. Author, journalist and marketing guru Jonathan Gabay is also a panellist. The evening will be hosted by BBC political documentary-maker Michael Cockerell, while leading political commentator Iain Dale and former Financial Times business editor John Willman, take the role of team captains.

The format has already proved successful at similar events elsewhere in the UK.
