Top property specialist joins firm
Top-performing property lawyer Sarah Keegan has joined Harvey Ingram. She specialises in urban regeneration, residential and mixed-use property development, commercial property, high-volume plot disposal and complex conveyancing matters.
Sarah was appointed as a partner and is now based at our Edmund House offices in Birmingham city centre. Her brief is largely on new business development and she works right across the UK to help cement the rapidly growing offering of the firm's property team.
Managing partner Simon Astill said: "This appointment demonstrates our continued commitment to developing our business. We will continue to take advantage of opportunities that the current market presents to recruit top-quality people, as we press ahead with our ambitious growth plans to be best placed to take advantage of the upturn when it comes. Sarah has a superb track record and we are delighted she has joined Harvey Ingram."
Sarah joins from Manchester firm Pannone, where she was a partner and head of the residential property team. Her professional pedigree is exceptional - she was with Pannone for nearly four years, following a stint at Eversheds.
Sarah Keegan said: "I am delighted to join Harvey Ingram. The firm's broad brief and flexible, no-nonsense ethos is a huge draw for me and it's good to be part of such a forward-thinking and dynamic team."
