Harvey Ingram does the job for specialist recruiter

Artisan Contract Services Limited has acquired Staff Call Recruitment Specialists Limited for an undisclosed sum, thanks to a deal overseen by Harvey Ingram.

Norwich-based Staff Call Recruitment was established in 1998 and works with a number of key public sector agencies to fill permanent and temporary posts. It has seen a steady expansion of business within the past few years and proved a good fit for Surrey-based Artisan Contract Services. The timely deal sees Staff Call's core team of six HR specialists stay on to help the new owners develop and press ahead with their ambitious expansion plans.

The acquisition was overseen by a Harvey Ingram team led by corporate finance partner John Stobart.

Public sector activities are set to expand and Staff Call Recruitment, with its well-established business model, is well placed to take advantage of this".

Artisan Contract Services is owned and managed by John Plinston and Alastair Gunn-Forbes. The company is now searching for further acquisitions in the recruitment sector. John Plinston commended Harvey Ingram for its solid and practical advice which enabled the deal to be finalised on schedule.
