Harvey Ingram plays a key role in Timpson Group strategic acquisition

Hundreds of jobs across the UK were safeguarded as the Timpson Group completed the strategic acquisition of 175 Max Spielmann outlets, taking its national portfolio of stores to more than 800.

Harvey Ingram's Retail team worked closely alongside Timpson's in-house legal team in the acquisition of the new stores.

Tricia Davis, Timpson Group Property Director, says: "The acquisition of the Max Spielmann properties has increased our property portfolio nationally to over 800, a substantial retail portfolio by any measure. It was a challenging project in many ways, but I was extremely pleased with the way our teams pulled together and worked fantastically well to produce a great result for Timpson."

Harvey Ingram's team was headed by Retail specialist and associate, Caroline Smith.
