Harvey Ingram unveils aggressive expansion with key hires

Harvey Ingram has unveiled an aggressive expansion of its operations with two new partner and three solicitor appointments to underpin its wealth management offering.
New partner Andrew Breakwell joins from Clarke Willmott to head Harvey Ingram's rapidly expanding Family Law team. Andrew is a nationally-renowned lawyer with more than 20 years' experience. He enjoys a reputation as a tough litigator, has a very large client list and is a recognised specialist handling substantial asset claims in divorce. Andrew sits on Resolution's National Accreditation Committee and is a qualified collaborative lawyer. He brings his immediate team with him to the firm, including top-notch family solicitors Charlotte Fuller and Janine Harding.
New Trusts & Probate partner Simon Vaile, joins from George Green. He has nearly 20 years' experience and specialises in estate planning, wills, tax and trusts. Simon has a superb reputation in the field, with a portfolio of national blue-chip clients. He is secretary to the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners' Birmingham committee.
Harvey Ingram's expanding Commercial Property team has also been boosted with the arrival of solicitor Jasdeep Virk. She joins from Clifford Chance, where she developed her expertise in the property sector.
At the same time, Harvey Ingram has also recruited business development director Tim Percival, who joins the firm from Nabarro. He has an excellent professional pedigree that includes top-level posts at Irwin Mitchell, Keoghs and Shoosmiths. IT development manager Claire Payne also joins to spearhead Harvey Ingram's investment in new operating systems.
