Property Litigation team in demand as credit crunch bites

Harvey Ingram's Property Litigation team has stepped up its work as it emerged landlord possession claims are now being made at the rate of one every four minutes across the UK. More than 75,000 claims were tabled during the first half of this year, with the number expected to increase as the credit crunch starts to bite.

As a result, Harvey Ingram's team is now working very closely with scores of letting agents and professional landlords across the region to help and advise on all property management issues.
