Top-performer elected to senior Law Society post
Release date: 10/07/2008
Harvey Ingram associate Katherine Neal has been elected vice-chairman of the Law Society's Probate Section.
The nomination marks a second milestone this year for Katherine having been named Solicitor of the Year at Leicestershire Law Society's annual dinner in April.
Katherine already has a reputation for leadership, commitment to her clients and is regarded as a hugely innovative and creative lawyer. She joined Harvey Ingram's Trusts and Probate team two years ago following a lengthy stint working in London.
Katherine said: "I was flattered to get this nomination, but naturally I'm very pleased."
Harvey Ingram managing partner Simon Astill said: "This is a very well deserved and very appropriate post for Katherine. She is a pleasure to deal with and has a vast knowledge on legal issues surrounding probate, inheritance tax, wills, trusts and asset protection."
