If you provide information to this website Harvey Ingram LLP (“Harvey Ingram”) does not sell it to third parties, nor disclose it to third parties save as specified on this website, but may use it as follows:

• To enforce Harvey Ingram’s rights or those of its licensors.
• For any other purposes which are expressly stated on this website.
• To pass your details to accountants and/or other professionals in order to comply with Harvey Ingram’s contractual obligations and to obtain professional advice.

We do not use/install cookies on your PC. We do use cookies to hold information relating to Graduate Recruitment so that an applicant can update/complete his/her application as described in that section on the website but these server based cookies are deleted after one month if the application is not submitted. A cookie is a text-only string that gets entered into the memory of your browser. It includes the value of a variable that a website sets. If the lifetime of this value is set to be longer than the time you spend at that site, then this string is saved to file for future reference.

If you submit information via the free enquiry forms on our website it will be used to review your case with a view to offering initial advice as set out on this website provided that Harvey Ingram agrees to accept your instructions. Should you decide not to instruct Harvey Ingram or should Harvey Ingram not agree to accept your instructions we will erase the information from our records as soon as is practicable.

If you submit information to us on our Graduate Recruitment or Work Placement form this will be used to decide whether to offer you an interview and/or work placement. If you are offered employment and/or work placement with us we shall retain your information for the period of your employment and/or work placement and for a reasonable time thereafter. Should your application be unsuccessful we shall retain all applications for employment and vacation placements for one year, except for applications for training contracts, which we shall keep for two years.

If you apply for a quotation and/or are accepted for the “Employment Solutions” insurance described in our Employment Law section your details will be communicated by us to our insurance brokers to enable them to obtain and prepare a quotation and/or to enable them and the proposed insurers/underwriters to assess your application for insurance and (if your application is accepted) to administer the insurance policy and deal with any claims.
